Beautiful outfit, and I have to say, you've got death cleavage (the kind that can smother happy people to death).

I love love love the materials, green can be so nice when you get just the right tone, and the black lacing on the bust is particularly nice.
However, it would be nice to see a bit more of the steam-punk side, as in this photo the outfit is all victorian in style, with only the fan giving any clue to the steam-punk element.

Nicely taken photograph too, but the background could of been thought out better. A cream plain fabric background would complement the green of the dress, giving only two main colors for the eye to focus on, the dark green and black dress, and the creams and golds of the fan and your skin (and the background if it was there).

The shot's a little strange too, it's not close enough or far enough away to work compositionally, It would of been nice to either see more of the torso and the whole of the fan, or less of everything and focusing in (but that would probably be a little alarming with the whole cleavage thing!) XD

It's a gorgeous cosplay though, so keep it up and get more photos up here!
