CommentsThis is really lovely! I normally would be against photos with such a bright backlight through the window, but it seems to work here! I'd up the shadows a little more in Lightroom or something too to show off the excellent fabrics Yaya chose, but again, I'm no photographer lol.
I hope we get a chance to shoot at Fanime if you're going? -- "The beatings will continue until morale improves" im going to fanime but im saying not going to say yes (doesnt exactly mean no) for all the requests.
basically its going to be the first time im seeing my gf since we got into a relationship, so i want to really prioritize my time with what she wants to do. -- a forum warrior who happens to take pictures of cosplayers. Yaya Han is truly a beauty! She fits so well the dress! each one makes the other's beauty more stuning
-- Oh, goodness. Yaya Han. I met her at my first con and she was so sweet. T_____T;

This is gorgeous. The colors and patterns you used work wonderfully together. The metal... grommets, are they called?, up the front of the top are a nice eye-catching addition.
I like the collar piece too, especially with the ring on the front of it.
I wish she was wearing different boots, though. The current ones seem to just be worn because you didn't have anything else. I think gold or brown boots, and less shiny, would work much better.
The fan is incredible. It almost looks like feathers, and is a nice addition that reinforces the steampunk feel.
I think the only other thing I would change is how the fabric lays around the bust and along the arms. The sleeves, I think, would look better if they were tighter. The shoulder pieces seem to lay funny, but maybe that's just because of her pose.
All in all, this is amazing. I hope you continue, as I think you're headed for great things.
